Jules Kandah Carpenter

 

Yoga Teacher, Reiki, Occupational Therapist

Jules Kandah Carpenter is a certified 200hr Yoga Teacher, a Level 2 Reiki Energy Healer and a Pediatric Occupational Therapist working with children ages two to eighteen with various challenges and disabilities. She also is a current student in a Breathwork Facilitator program to teach circular connected breathing.

She is a mother, a wife, a friend and a forever learner, interested in serving others with breath, meditation, energy healing, movement and inquiry.

She believes it is her mission to serve others and give back from the love and support she was divinely provided following a challenging postpartum experience. She is on a mission to heal one breath at a time, one moment and person at a time and to lift the vibrations of our society.

She loves to dance, laugh, sing, listen, play, breathe, reflect, hike and be in the woods and is so excited to be a part of the Happy Path Wellness Collective.

She offers workshops on breath and meditation that greatly improve life as well as uplifting yoga classes and life-expanding one-on-one sessions.

MONDAY EVENING 5:30 PM:
Breathe & Flow
Description: A slow flow yoga class with emphasis on breath and witnessing our present place in the world. Each class will begin with a meditation to connect deeper to our body and our place in the world and breathing strategies will be a part of each class. Come flow slowly through class holding poses with presence and building strength both internal and externally.

 

MONDAY EVENING 7:15 PM:
Nourishing Flow
Description: A 75-minute Vinyasa class for all levels, to warm your body, build strength and move your muscles. Emphasis on proper form and listening to your body’s needs! We will move through a faster flow and keep our oxygen pumping, and end with gentle stretches and meditation.
