I teach yoga to be in service. My classes nourish and relax the nervous system to help decrease stress and anxiety and heal grief. The techniques restore the body, calm the mind and connect us to our Higher Wisdom. This gives us the courage to meet and embrace whatever arises and to move through our emotions rather than getting swept away or stuck in them.
A safe space is created for internal reflection, playful expression and heart centered awareness. An integrative approach is offered to bring the soul back into the body for an embodied experience.
My offerings are inspired by Tantra, Transcendental Meditation, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Restorative, Ayurveda, Vinyasa and flowers.

Release Stress Yoga
Description: So often we hear the words “just breathe” and yet we may find ourselves holding the breath throughout the day. This is a sign of stress, fatigue, anxiety and depletion. Yoga for Stress Release will help to relax and nourish the nervous system, which in time, will replenish energy stores and leave us feeling revitalized without borrowing energy from tomorrow. All levels welcome.
