Robert Kelaghan lived in the Nevada City / Grass Valley area for most of his adult life. He is a Certified Yoga Teacher (RT-300 Hours) with more than 15 years of experience; 8 of those years were as the main Yoga Teacher at Sierra College. His style is “old school” Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on stress-reduction, self-awareness & Energy-Altering Breath Techniques. Hatha Yoga played a very important role in his life and helped him survive a very difficult period (during ages 19 to 26), helping him to take great joy in sharing with others the great benefits that he received…
